MobileRelation Warranty Policy

At MobileRelation, we are committed to offering dependable services and high-quality products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and terms for both repair services and phone purchases. Please review it carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

Repair Services Warranty

  • All repaired devices come with a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise.
  • This warranty specifically covers the performed repair and any replaced parts, ensuring they are free from material or workmanship defects.
  • Services such as camera removal, water damage cleaning, or installations using your own parts are not covered by this warranty and are performed at your own risk.
  • Pre-existing issues, data loss, water corrosion, cracks, cosmetic flaws (e.g., scratches, dents), or any damage due to mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized alterations are not covered.
  • For devices previously affected by water, only the replaced part(s) are covered. Other issues caused by water damage are excluded.

Phone Purchases Warranty

  • Brand new devices are covered for 180 days or under the manufacturer/agent warranty, depending on which applies. Terms may vary by supplier.
  • Accessories or secondhand devices come with a 30-day warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
  • Warranty excludes cosmetic flaws, water damage, screen cracks, or damages from accidental misuse or unauthorized changes.
  • All sold items, including phones and accessories, are generally non-returnable or refundable unless otherwise noted.
  • MobileRelation may choose to repair or replace defective items depending on circumstances and stock availability.
  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by the customer.
  • Downgrades (exchanging for lower value items) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Switching from a used to a new device is not permitted; however, a trade-in value can be offered for your old device.
  • All exchanges must include original condition, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • This policy does not cover damage from regular wear and tear, negligence, improper use, unauthorized repairs/modifications, extreme conditions, or events outside our control.
  • Warranty becomes void if the product is altered, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorized parties, including broken warranty seals.
  • MobileRelation reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility based on the condition and situation.
  • Customers must provide accurate and full details when requesting repair, purchase, or trade-in services.
  • For repairs, inform our team of all concerns to ensure accurate assessment.
  • For purchases, verify the product specifications, network compatibility, and any region-specific limitations beforehand.
  • This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Warranty: Phone Purchase

Warranty Period

  • Brand New Phones/Tablets: 365 days or agent warranty, whichever is applicable.
  • Used Phones/Tablets: 30-day warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.
  • Adapters & Apple Pencils:
    • Original: 6-month manufacturer warranty
    • A Grade: 1-month warranty
    • No Warranty

Non-Covered Issues

  • Cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, dents)
  • Water-related damages
  • Cracked screens
  • Human-related damage (e.g., drops, misuse)

Refund & Return Policy

  • Mobile devices and accessories are non-refundable and non-returnable unless specified otherwise.
  • A 7-day return policy applies for certain items under specific conditions.

Repair or Exchange

MobileRelation Rights

  • We reserve the right to repair or exchange defective products based on part/device availability.

Exchange Terms

  • Exchanges must be of equal or higher value. If the new item is more expensive, the customer pays the difference.
  • Refunds are not issued for lower-value exchanges.
  • Used-to-new upgrades are not allowed, but we may offer a trade-in value.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with accessories, packaging, and manuals.
  • Valid proof of purchase is required.

Coverage Limitations

  • General wear and tear
  • Improper or negligent use
  • Unauthorized repair or alteration
  • Environmental/external damage

Customer Responsibilities

  • Check product compatibility with your network provider.
  • Be aware of any regional limitations before purchasing.

7-Day Return Policy: Phone Purchase

New Phones/Tablets

  • Returns accepted within 7 days only if the device is unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Once opened, activated, or used (e.g., inserting SIM, connecting to Wi-Fi), the product is considered non-returnable.

Locked Devices

  • Devices with any security lock (Apple ID, Samsung ID, Google account) are not eligible for return. Ensure all locks are removed prior to returning.

Used Phones/Tablets

  • Returns within 7 days allowed if the device is in original condition, without new damage or modifications, and with all accessories.
  • Devices with visible damage or security locks are non-returnable.
  • Returned used items will be inspected. Returns will be rejected if damage or unauthorized parts are found.
  • Repaired or replaced used devices are not returnable.

Accessory Returns

  • Accessories (e.g., screen protectors, cases) must be unopened and unused for return eligibility.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Delivery fees and payment handling fees are non-refundable.
